This is a special year for Pride because NYC Pride welcomes WorldPride as we mark the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising and a half-century of LGBTQIA+ liberation. PRISM, under the banner of oSTEM, has already a reserved spot to march during that important event. Look for updates on how to enroll to be part of our marching group. Last year, 60 LGBTQ+ and allied scientists marched together, and we hope for an even bigger group this year.
Human Resources and PRISM will be hosting a celebration of 50 years of PRIDE since the Stonewall Riots of 1969. The celebration will be held at the Faculty Club from 6pm-10pm! There will be free beer from 6-8pm, drinks specials from 6-10pm, and a live DJ from 7-10pm! This event is open to the Rockefeller community, allies welcome!!
Come join us for a pre-march party at the Faculty Club on the Rockefeller campus; there will be beer, wine, and soda! For those who will be marching with us on June 30th, we will be handing out t-shirts at the mixer, and will be there to answer any questions you may have about logistics on the march day.
The PRISM Board invites you to our Fall Social at the Rockefeller Faculty Club on Wednesday, November 14 from 6-10pm. We will provide snacks, beer, and wine. This is an opportunity to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, make new friends, and network. Partners, allies, and friends are welcome! RSVP here (walk-ins also welcome).
